Multi-Masking by Skin Type & Concern

Multi-Masking by Skin Type & Concern

A daily regimen of cleanse, tone, moisturize and protect are basic steps to a skincare routine. Additional steps like mask and exfoliate though can create impressive change in the skin. Treat your skin one to three times per week with a mask to nourish skin beyond the superficial layers of the epidermis.

Multi-masking helps to effectively target and fight multiple skin concerns. After cleansing and toning, choose a mask combination that works best for your concerns. Apply each mask to different areas of your face to achieve different results.

For example, you may experience breakouts on the nose and forehead, but dry, flaking patches on your cheeks. One mask won’t target these concerns together, so you want to multi-mask to address both.

Combination Skin

The most common multi-mask treatment is for combination skin, when the skin is both oily and dry. Apply Soothing Gel Mask to the dry cheeks and under eye area. This will help prevent dehydration and nourish skin.

For the oily t-zone, apply Refining Mask, a clay-based mask that absorbs oil and helps reduce the appearance of pores. This acne-fighting mask combines Kaolin Clay, Sulfur and Tea Tree Oil to pack a punch.

Dry, Sensitive Skin

For dry, sensitive skin, apply Soothing Gel Mask to the sensitive under eye area and Restorative Mask to the forehead, cheeks, chin and jawline. Soothing Gel Mask cools, calms and soothes while Restorative Mask deeply conditions. Both of these masks will hydrate skin and help improve its barrier function.

Aging Skin

To restore and rejuvenate aging skin, apply Restorative Mask to the under eye area and t-zone and Soothing Gel Mask to cheeks. Restorative Mask helps skin regain elasticity and plumpness, while Soothing Gel Mask will restore lost moisture and help to firm skin.

Depending on your skin type and concerns you can mix and match your masks to help skin look and feel instantly better! Learn more about multi-masking.
