I used this product 2 times and kept thinking I forgot to take my eye makeup off. In reality this product is quite permanent and hard to get off. Two uses and done with it.

I’m so sorry this mascara didn’t work out for you. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel like you hadn’t removed your eye makeup, especially when you had actually gone through your normal removal routine.
Because this mascara is water-resistant, it does require a little extra help to remove. We recommend using a coconut oil or an oil-based makeup remover balm to gently break down the formula and make removal much easier.

The old mascara was great. Getting this mascara off is not a simple task. Miss being able to just use warm water

Water-resistant formulas are designed to stay put through moisture and activity, which at times can make them more challenging to remove. For the newer formulation of the Water Resistant Mascara, we recommend using something like vegetable or olive oil, or an oil-based makeup remover balm. You can also try soaking a cotton pad with the oil or balm and gently pressing it against your lashes for a few seconds before wiping - this helps dissolve the mascara without harsh rubbing.

This mascara is terrible. It does not remove easily with your makeup remover product. Big pieces fall off and are difficult to remove, I had to throw this away. Carol
