Anna De La Cruz leads product development and global education across Glo’s skincare and mineral makeup portfolio. A licensed esthetician with 20+ years of clinical experience, she brings practitioner insight to every stage of innovation. She has guided the creation of treatment-driven skincare and complexion essentials rooted in skin health and performance. Anna also oversees education strategy, building training and resources that support professionals and partners worldwide. Formerly Head of Business Development at Creative Artists Agency, he has worked with influential companies including Charlotte Tilbury and talent-led ventures such as Haus Labs.
