I tried 3 different makeup removers and it will not come off . It ends up clumping and taking my lashes with it. Not my favorite product.

I was so excited when this came back in stock, but the new formula is completely different. You can't get it off and you feel like you have something in your eyes all day. This is the worst mascara Ive ever used and its sad because I was completely obsessed with the old water resistant mascara.

To say I hate it is an understatement! I agree with all the other reviewers that the new formula is nearly impossible to remove. In addition, it seems like there is less in the tube and it is not very dense. I've been loving Glo cosmetics for several years now and this is a most disappointing product. I wonder if the company will do anything to make it up to us - at least send us some makeup remover please!

I do not like the new formula at all. This has always been my favorite mascara but this new formula is awful. I can’t seem to get it to wash off completely, I have to use 3 different things to get it off and there is still residue left on…and I do not like the change of the brush either.
