Do I put on Concealer or Foundation first?

What is the difference between this brightening concealer and Oil Free Camouflage?

Luminous Brightening Concealer is 3-in-1 concealer that corrects, blurs, and highlights. It has a flexible, radiant finish in a lightweight liquid formulation. Oil Free Camouflage color corrects and covers any imperfections such as blemishes, dark spots, under-eye shadows, or hyperpigmentation. Its oil-free creamy formulation is buildable depending on level of desired coverage.

    Liquid Bright Concealer for highlighting and undereye

    I am fair skinned and I also use self tanner frequently so it is important that my face matches the rest of my body when I do my makeup. This highlighter blends smoothly into all my different colored foundations and gives me a great highlight whether I am fair or tan.

    I use it generally under my eyes, and to highlight my contour on my nose and lips. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I noticed it doesnt stay put throughout the day and towards the end of the day especially around my nose area it comes off. I have tried different setting powders with it and even a setting spray and it still only stays put for about an hour. So I usually take it with me for touch ups throughout the day. Also a tip I noticed, is it works best when blended with a beauty blender and just tapped on the skin instead of rubbed in. I also use a q-tip to apply for the precise contour lines since the applicator can get messy and doesnt come out in a straight line.

    Bright eyes

    This concealer is great to use under the eyes. It covers up any dark circles and brightens up your eyes. The applicator tip makes it easy to apply and spread. I really like this product and will. continue to purchase it.
